Some of my family are in politics..
My uncle contested in recent elections.
Me? im thinking about it, sometimes.
But i dont think i will get myself involved.
NO. NEVER.
There's nothing wrong with politics..
- if youre doing it with a right intention;
- for the right reasons.
but, office politics is NEVER right.
It's only a game.... for coward to play!

i truly understand, bila kita stress stiap kali balik keje tu... its not the actual work that is driving us crazy kan, coz we like the work. its the emotional undercurrents, gossiping and backstabbing thickening the air that we find exhausting. same here lah dear... tell me about it!
what i did is to take notice of who performs well in my company. i observed their use of language, tone of voice, confidence level, and preparedness. i also learn from their behavior and emulate it. more importantly, i always think before i speak or act coz one impulsive, off the cuff statement or act can significantly damage the career. i believe silence is golden, especially when i'm angry, tired or at a company-sponsored social event. walaupun kengkadang rasa rimas, but i want to show that i survived them! pastu sure dorang penat malas dah nak kacau kiter...
tp different companies, different scenarios kan... so i'm just giving u some tips to kurangkan the stress, tension and conflicting desire. hehe... trial and error makes no harm kan... *wink*
